I guess I never though of it like that before. I do feel a constant upstream struggle, but to let go a little bit and go with the flow of life sounds like a good idea.

I totally agree that focusing your mind to the postive is the thing to do. Like your idea about the bus stop. I have to say that for those of us who have the experience of using it and it working it is much easier than for those who read this for the first time and it doesn’t transpire right away. It does take some practice and for some people reminders from others. Love being in the state of flow.

I totally agree with what you wrote. Life gives you as much as you can handle. There are no accidents and there is always a reason as to why a person is going through something. The reasons behind some events may not be apparent right away but in due time the meaning will become evident. Life is truly beautiful.

THis is exactly the message i try to get accross to my loved ones…I know, when things seem to be going down…and down…and down…I need to step back and assess how I handle these things. I often find that if I change my own perspective…things start looking up. I hope to get my kids on board, cause there is nothing worse than seeing your child cry because they feel like EVERYTHING is worng!

Thanks for this…I think it might have been a sublte (or not so) reminder to get my head back in the game!!!
